• Support our team by equipping every member to help turn clients' visions into reality. • Boost productivity on organizational, human, and system levels. • Ensure teams are productive and aligned by coordinating improvements in performance and providing necessary support and processes. • Prepare the organization for the future through strategic resource planning, management, and allocation. • Master team members’ experience by ensuring each has an enjoyable work experience at ITX. • Act as primary contact for addressing internal needs and coordinating cross-functional efforts.

Requirements

• People advocacy. • Data literacy: Understanding of complex data interpretation, collection, and creation. • Digital proficiency: Experience using technology to create and implement strategies, apply management practices, and track spending. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organization. • Good change management and project management capabilities. • Superb problem-solving skills. • A good understanding of the many disciplines within HR (desirable). • Business acumen: Understanding of the industry is desirable. • Proficiency in English (oral and written competency)
