📋 Description

• ITX Corp. is hiring a Sr. Frontend Developer to join their team. • The Sr. Front End Developer architects and builds rich interactive applications. • This role will deliver experiences worthy of ITX clients' brands by leveraging new technologies and frameworks. • They will construct dynamic user interfaces using frameworks like React and Kuiper while ensuring functionality, security, performance, and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in JavaScript: Proficient in developing front-end interfaces interacting with backend web services, ensuring cross-device and cross-browser compatibility. • Expertise in React: Deep knowledge of React.js, including state management, component lifecycle, and hooks. • Expertise with CSS: Proficient in styling with modern frameworks like Sass, LESS, or Tailwind CSS. • Proficiency with UI Component Libraries: Skilled in using popular libraries like Material-UI, Bootstrap, Ant Design, or Reactstrap to leverage pre-built components for efficient UI development. • Source Control Proficiency: Strong experience with Git for version control, including branching, merging, and pull requests. • Unit Testing: Proven experience in writing and maintaining unit tests, ensuring code reliability and quality. • Agile/Scrum: Practical experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. • Team Collaboration: Thrives in collaborative settings, valuing and integrating team feedback. • Mentorship: Gains satisfaction from mentoring less experienced developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication capabilities, with strong interpersonal and facilitation skills. English proficiency is required. • Desired Skills: Experience with Build Systems: Familiarity with build tools like Jenkins or Grunt to automate the build process. • Distributed Team Experience: Has successfully worked within a distributed team environment, comfortable with remote collaboration tools and asynchronous communication. • Experience with US-Based Companies: Previous work experience with companies based in the US, understanding cultural nuances and business practices.
