📋 Description
• Managing a team of Product Managers • Building team culture • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and shape product functionality. • Evangelize and champion the product roadmap and strategy to customers and internal teams. • Assess enhancement requests and requirements against business needs and priorities. • Collaborate with UX and engineering to build customer-centric product offerings. • Define go-to-market strategies and drive product feature adoption. • Educate and engage with customers, prospects, partners, and employees. • Engage with the Android team from Google to understand and innovate in the security and UEM space. • Up to 25% travel (domestic/international) may be required.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years as Director of product management experience • Experience with agile development • Ability to lead a product management team • Ability to lead global cross-functional teams • Experience in UEM and MDM technologies • Security domain knowledge preferred • Experience with enterprise software and services • Experience developing customer-centric product strategy • Up to 25% travel required
