📋 Description
• Act as a trusted advisor to Ivanti’s customers. • Provide expertise in implementation, optimization, and operational use of Ivanti Service Manager. • Lead workshops, perform requirements analyses, and design scalable solutions. • Implement deployments and troubleshoot technical issues. • Deliver knowledge transfer to customers. • Conduct health assessments of customer implementations.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of Ivanti Service Management experience. • 5+ years in a customer-facing professional services consultant role. • Proven expertise in infrastructure architecture and complex Service Management solutions design. • Advanced Windows systems administration skills. • Familiarity with Service Management concepts, processes, and standards. • Understanding of modern IT operations, including virtualization and cloud platforms. • Practical knowledge of IIS server platforms and technologies like Load Balancing, DNS, and Firewalls. • Proficiency in scripting languages including JavaScript, Powershell, with Python as a plus. • Strong integration experience with tools like JIRA and REST APIs. • SQL Server knowledge preferred. • ITIL certification or equivalent is beneficial. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
