Description
• Lead the design of visually stunning web and mobile user interfaces • Collaborate with product managers and designers to define, develop, and implement engaging UI designs • Create high-quality illustrations and motion designs to elevate the user experience • Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system, style guide, and motion library • Work within an agile environment, participating in two-week sprints • Ensure designs meet high standards of usability while adding creative touches • Mentor and provide feedback to other designers, fostering a culture of creativity
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in visual, UI, and motion design, preferably in a tech company • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design, illustration, and motion design • Experience creating, building, and maintaining design systems and libraries • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Experience designing for web, mobile responsive, and native apps • Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
