Description

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Rust. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define software requirements and specifications. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues. • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of applications. • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge. • Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your expertise and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 5+ years of software development experience. • Strong proficiency in Rust programming language. • Experience with system programming, memory management, and concurrency in Rust. • Familiarity with Rust’s ecosystem, including Cargo, Crates.io, and other tools. • Experience with other programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Python) is a plus. • Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Remote work from the European Union + Switzerland.
