Description

• Design, develop and maintain the backend services for integration between our trading system and various decentralized exchanges (DEXes) on the Solana blockchain written in Rust • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and functionalities • Optimize existing systems for scalability and performance • Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and reliability • Stay updated with emerging technologies and advancements in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience • Strong proficiency in Rust programming with a solid understanding of its ecosystems • Experience with blockchain technology (prior experience with Solana blockchain being a strong plus) • Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English • Understanding of decentralized exchanges (DEX) and their offer compared to traditional financial systems • Interest in cryptocurrencies and the broader digital assets market • Previous experience in developing DeFi applications • Prior experience with other programming languages such as Scala or Python
