• We are seeking a talented and dynamic Director, Market Intelligence and Thought Leadership to join our team. • This role is pivotal in analyzing complex data, developing compelling insights, and creating thought leadership content for clients and the media. • This role plays a crucial role in creating data-driven analyses that are consistent with J.D. Power’s position as a leader in the automotive industry. • This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the automotive industry's understanding of emerging trends and challenges. • By combining data analysis with creative storytelling, you will help shape how our organization is viewed as a thought leader while driving impactful conversations with clients and media partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in data analysis, market research, or a related role, preferably within the automotive industry. • Demonstrated experience in creating thought leadership content and presenting to diverse audiences • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R). • Expertise in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent). • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on storytelling. • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations. • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Prior exposure to automotive industry, consumer finance, residual value data, or consumer behavior analysis in the automotive sector. • Experience engaging with customers, the media, or contributing to industry publications.
