Description

• Manage a portfolio of campaigns as a Customer Success Manager at Everyday Health • Ensure high performance of campaigns and provide feedback to clients • Communicate campaign value and provide recommendations for renewal or growth • Day-to-day management of ad campaigns including set up, delivery pacing, and performance optimization • Coordination of campaign launch and execution with overlapping project timelines

Requirements

• 4+ years of client service or account management experience, preferably in digital marketing • Proven track record of success building strong relationships with internal and external customers • Passion for translating data into action and uncovering opportunities in the details • Project management skills with ability to influence, get buy-in and leverage internal resources • Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and desire to learn quickly • Positive attitude that conveys enthusiasm to clients • Familiarity with display advertising, direct response marketing, affiliate marketing and/or lead generation • Experience with G Suite, Salesforce and Google Analytics • BA/BS degree • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
