• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field. • Proven experience (5 years) working with Salesforce (SFDC) and Pardot platforms (or similar solutions i.e. Marketo), with demonstrated expertise in data management, analytics, and automation. • At least 3 years of experience working in a Marketing Team. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth and marketing effectiveness. • Ideally relevant certifications in Salesforce and/or Pardot (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Pardot Specialist) preferred.
