Description

• Oversee the freight movement across various transportation modes • Ensure efficient handling of cargo for domestic and international shipments • Arrange and manage freight movement for multiple products and clients • Monitor shipments of materials, products, and finished goods between locations and partners • Provide tracking information to related parties and internal supervisors • Interact with Business Units and external partners to resolve exceptions and expedite shipments • Resolve complaints or delivery issues by offering effective solutions • Review and process invoices for freight movements

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of domestic transportation and international shipping processes • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination and negotiation with various stakeholders • Ability to analyze problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions for effective decision-making • Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with logistics software
