📋 Description

• Conduct and oversee efforts to increase market share and drive profitable growth through product introduction and enhancement • Lead Product Lifecycle for Food and Beverage markets for Jabil Packaging Solutions • Manage product roadmap planning and market assessment • Work cross-functionally to design and develop new products and training Business teams • Gather market intelligence through customer interactions and other sources • Create competitive analysis and interpret market trends • Support project stage-gate reviews with internal and external stakeholders • Manage typical transfer challenges and cultural barriers to facilitate successful product lifecycle management • Create and present sales, technical service and customer support or training to drive regional sales

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering discipline • Minimum of 7-10 years work-related experience required, preferably in an NPI, product management, or project management • Experience with plastic injection molding and/or fiber molding preferred • Previous cross-functional team leadership experience • Preferred experience in F&B market or in the Packaging Industry
