📋 Description
• Conduct and oversee efforts to increase market share and drive profitable growth through new product introductions • Lead Product Lifecycle for all products in Food and Beverage markets • Work cross-functionally to design and develop new products and manage margin profile • Support quoting efforts and project stage-gate reviews with stakeholders • Responsible for product roadmap planning and market assessment • Manage relationships with contract agencies and forecast review
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering discipline • Minimum of 7-10 years work-related experience required, preferably in an NPI, product management, or project management • Experience with plastic injection molding and/or fiber molding preferred • Previous cross-functional team leadership experience • Preferred experience in F&B market or Packaging Industry
