Description
• Represent the quality function of technical support. • Serve as liaison between Jabil Circuit and suppliers or customers. • Develop and maintain QA plans and timeliness of global new product introductions. • Provide support for all quoting activities. • Evaluate and provide input to inspection processes. • Support all global training programs. • Develop systems for document storage, access and review. • Review all supplies, internal, and customer discrepancies. • Conduct periodic review and maintenance of all documentation files. • Review all supplier or customer discrepancies. • Participate in vendor survey activities. • Interface with all departments regarding Policies and Procedures. • Provide insight of implementing and maintaining Process Improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required and five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience in Document Control and technical content writing.
