• Implement and oversee global EHS programs, policies, and procedures across assigned sites. • Conduct site audits and risk assessments, providing guidance on compliance gaps and mitigation strategies. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for workplace safety, environmental impact reduction, and regulatory adherence. • Develop and mentor site EHS professionals, ensuring talent growth and succession planning. • Communicate EHS performance, risks, and initiatives to senior leadership and operations teams. • Track and report key EHS metrics, including emissions reduction, regulatory compliance, and incident prevention. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to EHS best practices and industry regulations. • Identify cost-effective solutions for implementing corrective actions and process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field • 7-10+ years of experience in EHS, preferably within a global electronic manufacturing environment • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role • Experience with EHS audits, regulatory compliance, and risk management • Strong understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards • Proven ability to influence leadership and drive a proactive EHS culture • Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and regulatory compliance • Ability to analyze EHS data, track trends, and implement improvement plans • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and EHS management systems • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
