• People manager for a team of software developers • Establish clear measurable goals and objectives • Drive individuals and the team to continuously improve • Oversee key projects, processes and performance reports • Lead and participate in peer/code reviews

Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • 10+ years experience in a software development/test capacity • 3+ years people management experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience managing remote, multi-national and geographically dispersed development teams
