📋 Description

• Manufacturing Engineer will oversee and coordinate work as part of customer led team. • Responsible for working within the customer’s manufacturing engineering process team to support customer and deliver technical expertise for the purpose of supporting vehicle assembly equipment commissioning and launch. • Execute high quality results on a compressed delivery timeline. • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technicians. • Work closely with various teams clients to integrate new technologies and improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar technical field • 10 + years of experience in an engineering role related to manufacturing equipment and process • Knowledgeable in high and low volume manufacturing skills and concepts (cycle time analysis, quality control, equipment efficiency, equipment selection, return on investment, etc.). • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and see the solution implemented to a high level of accuracy & quality. • Ability to work independently to develop a plan to execute deliverables with general guidance. • Capable of working as a member of a team across several cross functional disciplines, including with external stakeholders. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Experienced in working within 2D & 3D CAD environments. • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be fluent in the Microsoft Office suite of software applications. • Must be able to work seamlessly with customer to interface and coordinate between manufacturing engineering staff and facilities designers to deliver required outputs on time and with a high degree of quality. • Will require travel as required by customer (up to 50%).
