Requirements
• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field (MS preferred) • 10-15 years minimum of transportation experience, highway engineering experience preferred • Professional Engineering License required • Experience with MicroStation and OpenRoads software preferred • Experience with NYSDOT and/or PennDOT required • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, organizational, project management and time management skills
