📋 Description

• Join Movora – Advancing Veterinary Orthopedics. • Movora is a leader in veterinary orthopedic solutions, dedicated to innovation and excellence in the development of cutting-edge medical devices. • We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our Research & Development team, focusing on orthopedic product design, enhancement, and process optimization. • If you have a passion for engineering, biomechanics, and product innovation, this is your chance to make an impact in the MedTech industry. • Lead the design and development of orthopedic devices, specifically bone plates and intramedullary nails. • Identify and integrate emerging osteosynthesis technologies to improve product performance. • Conduct and oversee prototype testing to ensure the safety and durability of designs. • Address manufacturing challenges, engineering changes, and quality improvements. • Manage multiple projects from concept to launch, ensuring regulatory compliance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Clinical Affairs. • Maintain detailed technical documentation, including product specifications and design reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering. • 9+ years of experience in orthopedic product development. • Hands-on experience with bone plates, intramedullary nails, and osteosynthesis technologies. • Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and engineering drawings. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to travel up to 30% for project-related needs.
