Description

•Own key areas of delivery for the game through all phases of production •Partner closely with the Senior Producer, Development Director and the entire Production team to deliver short and long-term development and roadmap objectives. •Work with the Leads & Directors to understand the expectations for the quality and functionality of design, technical and content features. •Be the first line of contact for day-to-day development within your areas of responsibility. •Monitor progress within your teams, providing regular reporting on accomplishments, development status, issues and risks. •Proactively identify and solve problems to ensure the smooth running of the teams. •Drive necessary conversations between teams to tackle blockers, dependencies & shared areas of responsibility. •Exemplify best practices within the project in line with the defined processes. •Create good working relationships, helping foster cross-team communication. •Conduct regular, effective retrospectives and post-mortem reviews with the development teams.

Requirements

•Shipped one or more games as a Producer or higher level. •Understanding of game development processes and product direction. •Strong analytical mind with excellent people and communication skills. •A great communicator that understands what is working, what is of concern and what needs to be improved. •Experience managing large projects with Agile or hybrid project management principles and practices. •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •Experience with JIRA, Shotgun or similar project tracking software is essential. •Avid gamer is a plus, with a passion for creating innovative and compelling new games.
