• Strategic Execution Support: Support project implementation such as audience development and campaign monitoring across various marketing platforms, including social media and email channels. • Process Expertise: Understand and follow internal processes and workflows, appropriately utilizing our project management system (Teamwork) to ensure delivery of assigned tasks on time and on budget. • Onboarding Wizard: Facilitate new client onboarding efforts in collaboration with team members. • Develop and Grow: As part of future role development opportunities, understand wider agency roles and responsibilities, including those required of Account Managers and Account Directors, through training, mentorship, and shadowing.
