📋 Description

• The Account Coordinator is an entry-level position supporting Jairus’ account management and operations teams. • This role works across various clients, providing an opportunity to build marketing and account management experience with mentorship and coaching from senior team members. • Support project implementation such as audience development and campaign monitoring across various marketing platforms, including social media and email channels. • Understand and follow internal processes and workflows, appropriately utilizing our project management system (Teamwork) to ensure delivery of assigned tasks on time and on budget. • Facilitate new client onboarding efforts in collaboration with team members. • As part of future role development opportunities, understand wider agency roles and responsibilities, including those required of Account Managers and Account Directors, through training, mentorship, and shadowing.
