• Jama Software® is focused on maximizing innovation success in multidisciplinary engineering organizations. • As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for owning, developing, and driving the day-to-day administration, configuration, support, maintenance, and overall improvement of our Salesforce.com platform. • This role will be responsible for the management of over a dozen applications integrated with our Salesforce.com environment, including some SQL and Java programming. • A strong customer service approach will be required to support frontline marketing and sales teams in a high-performance environment. • Your skills and experience will serve in assessing, prioritizing, and handling daily support requests and driving them to closure.

🎯 Requirements

• BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. • 2+ years experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based company. • 5+ years of demonstrable experience supporting and administering Salesforce.com. • 3+ years of experience with SQL or equivalent relational databases. • 2+ years of experience in a multi-integrated software solution. • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills with an ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. • Multi-system integration management. • High degree of detail orientation with strong analytical skills. • Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced work environment. • Excellent multitasking capabilities, enabling simultaneous handling of multiple assignments without compromising quality or timeliness. • Strong customer-service orientation.
