• Jama Software® is focused on maximizing innovation success in multidisciplinary engineering organizations. • We are looking for a multifaceted Senior Solutions Consultant with experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry. • The Senior Solutions Consultant is responsible for proactively consulting, mentoring, and encouraging adoption of our products and services to a portfolio of Aerospace and Defense customers ensuring achievement of sustained value from Jama Software. • Join our diverse team in a remote-first work environment, with the opportunity for some travel and to come together annually for a company-wide gathering!
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in requirements analysis, test management, and digital engineering methodologies within the Aerospace and Defense industry. • Proven track record in leadership roles such as Consulting Manager, Process Consultant, Systems Engineer, Requirements Manager, or Product Manager. • Extensive experience overseeing the implementation of SaaS software solutions, with a focus on driving user adoption and identifying expansion opportunities. • Highly driven and self-motivated, capable of effectively owning a diverse portfolio of multiple concurrent customer engagements. • In-depth knowledge of system engineering, requirements management, test management, and functional safety practices within the Aerospace and Defense domain. • Proficiency in basic scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript). • Exceptional presentation, meeting facilitation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
