Description

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform. • Administer the ServiceNow platform to support business units at Jamf. • Gather requirements, implement functionality, and design best practices solutions. • Manage day-to-day incidents and troubleshoot with the platform. • Partner with solution architects and business analysts to support requirements refinement.

Requirements

• 3 years or more of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role (Required) • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) (Required) • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and configuration (Required) • Familiarity with ITIL framework and its implementation in ServiceNow (Required) • Understanding of system integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP (Required) • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (Preferred) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Effective communication and collaboration abilities • Working knowledge of Jira or similar system (Preferred) • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete time-sensitive tasks.
