Description
• Lead efforts to improve invoicing, payment collection, and product efficiency for customers. • Shape vision and strategy for clinic finances and products team. • Continuously optimize invoicing and payment collection processes. • Be the go-to expert on clinic finances, understanding practitioner needs. • Collaborate with product development focusing on innovation and customer value.
Requirements
• 4+ years as a Product Manager with a proven track record of launching products. • Extensive experience in user research, data analysis, hypothesis generation, and solution testing. • Background in US healthcare revenue cycle management, billing, invoicing, or related areas. • Familiarity with US healthcare sectors and regulations. • Ability to navigate challenges, fostering team alignment and collaboration. • Proven ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps. • Exceptional communication skills to convey ideas clearly.
