Every role, including this one, is designed to let you balance productivity and impact while being part of a team that’s making the world better. • Your Role in Our Journey • We’re building something meaningful and looking for two Senior Technical Recruiters to help build the entire recruitment function. From hiring for both new and existing teams to elevating our overall recruitment function, this role goes beyond simply hiring great people. It’s about enhancing team dynamics and continuously improving how we work to make Jane better every day. • As Jane rapidly evolves to meet customer needs, this role requires resilience, adaptability, and a focus on quality and communication—even when the path ahead isn’t always clear. We believe in continuous improvement—in our processes, ourselves, and our teams. You’ll seek feedback from internal stakeholders and consistently iterate to refine our recruitment approach. • With 30+ product development teams across 5 groups, you will collaborate with individuals at all levels—from ICs to VPs. Your success will depend on your ability to build strong, open relationships with candidates and hiring managers, while continuously building Jane as we grow. • Now I’m reading this back, it all sounds a little serious but our recruitment team (and Jane) are a very fun bunch that don’t take ourselves too seriously. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment within a high-growth environment, with a mix of in-house and agency experience. • Proven experience in evaluating candidates not only for their technical skills and qualifications against role requirements but also for their alignment with the company’s core values and culture, ensuring a holistic approach to hiring. • A consistent track record of seeking feedback from candidates and hiring managers to build processes, enhance the candidate experience and drive better outcomes. • Experienced in collaborating with hiring teams in uncertain situations: Adept at navigating newly created or evolving roles, working closely with hiring managers and partners to clarify expectations, address uncertainty, and ensure alignment throughout the process. • Demonstrated expertise in managing stakeholder expectations, resolving misalignments, and fostering strong relationships to advance the hiring process. • Proven ability to maintain motivation and a positive attitude during challenging recruitment periods, supporting team morale and achieving recruitment goals. • Proven ability to leverage recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and pipeline health to optimize hiring strategies and improve overall recruitment efficiency.
