Requirements

• You have proven experience in managing and tracking complex projects across multiple teams and departments. You are familiar with project management tools such as Jira. • You can negotiate software contracts, manage vendor relationships, and secure favorable terms and pricing. • You’re a bit a tooling wizard with experience using a wide range of SaaS tools similar to Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Monday.com and many others. • You have a track record of identifying and eliminating waste in software usage, optimizing tool utilization, and achieving cost savings. • You have a strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and ROI analysis to ensure effective resource allocation and cost management. • You communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitate training sessions, and produce clear documentation. • You have previous experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, particularly in managing development tools and vendor contracts within a technology-driven organization.
