β€’ Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement and grow followers. β€’ Create and curate engaging content (including graphics, captions, and short videos) that reflects Janie Health’s brand and values. β€’ Monitor social media trends in the healthcare and recruitment industries, and adjust strategies accordingly. β€’ Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. β€’ Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall company goals.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in healthcare or recruitment. β€’ Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create visually appealing content. β€’ Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. β€’ Creative, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote environment. β€’ Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
