• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement and grow followers. • Create and curate engaging content (including graphics, captions, and short videos) that reflects Janie Health’s brand and values. • Monitor social media trends in the healthcare and recruitment industries, and adjust strategies accordingly. • Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement. • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall company goals.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in healthcare or recruitment. • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create visually appealing content. • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. • Creative, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote environment. • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
