🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors degree in HR Management or related field • 10-15 years of HR experience including Benefit Administration & compliance regulations knowledge • UKG or ADP experience, preferred • Understanding of HRIS, including Deltek Costpoint (preferred) • Strong benefit implementation background • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong presentation skills
