🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in a compliance function within financial services. • Knowledge of lending compliance regulations such as TILA and ECOA. • Proven experience in building compliance programs. • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Juris Doctor (JD) degree or relevant certifications like CRCM or CCEP are a plus.
