Description

• Purchase contract negotiations on technical stipulations in the contracts in direct contact with JA’s customers. • Daily technical support to customers and the JA sales team. • Technical support to the customers in terms of PV Plant design using JA Solar products. • Use of the latest versions of PV design tools to simulate yield and help the customers to understand the benefits of using JA Solar products. • Certifications of JA Solar’s products in the concerned European markets. • On-site & on-line customer and sales team trainings about PV technology and JA Solar’s products. • Represent JA Solar on public product & technology presentations such as webinars. • Constantly check with the customers on future product & technology trends and demand and provide feedback accordingly. • Collaborate with component manufacturers to check the compatibility of JA’s modules with other system components. • Overview on competitors’ products and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Physics • More than 5 years of work experience in the PV industry. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong technical attitude with the ability to understand customer’s needs. • Fluency in English and Polish, a third European language or Chinese is a plus. • Availability to travel. • Self-motivated and performance driven • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Problem solving ability • Proactive, dynamic and customer oriented
