Description

• Train all our new users on our different tools and platforms • Respond to incoming issues with quick and relevant solutions • Collect customer feedback and participate in the continuous improvement of Javelot's solutions and products • Provide follow-up and support to our users through several specialized and adapted communication tools • Actively participate in the structuring of the customer department (formalization, implementation of new tools) • Collect customer feedback and participate in the continuous improvement of Javelot solutions and products • This position requires a minimum of 2 consecutive days of on-site presence per week (4 days wished).

Requirements

• You have a university degree from a business school, engineering school or master's degree • You have excellent communication skills and are patient and a teacher by nature • You are a good listener, and you like to understand and solve problems • You are fluent in German or Romanian (or both), both orally and in writing (email, chat, telephone) • You are rigorous, autonomous and highly organized • You are not afraid of teamwork.
