• Lead multiple stakeholders (internal and external) through complex projects leveraging expert project management, communication skills, and techniques • Planning, directing, organizing, and controlling payment operations and the related vendor management • Provide procedures and functions to ensure timely, accurate, and complete processing of transactions • Identifies, evaluates, and manages risk within areas of responsibility and implements risk mitigation solutions together with the tech and product team • Assures card scheme regulations and policies in compliance with our company to ensure good behavior in our processes • Responsible for root-cause problem resolution for key back-office operational problems and incidents • Assists in making recommendations for appropriate changes to improve user experience, reduce processing expenses, and implement efficiencies in servicing the payments experience • Provides operational planning and support to the Product team during implementations and onboarding projects • Monitoring acceptance rate and payments OKRs • Identify vulnerable gaps in process to troubleshoot and optimize processes of continuous improvement of cards • Reviewing the authorization process and card manufacturing delivery process
• Fluent in English, ideally advanced/fluent in Spanish and Portuguese • 4+ years experience in designing and managing processes to meet all payment regulatory, network, and compliance requirements • 4+ years experience in the card/plastic issuer side and card process, in standards, design, and quality • Knowledge and relationship with third-party providers to assure contractual compliance • Experience in card scheme implementations, processes, tools, and procedures • Experience in searching and finding information to troubleshoot • Agile and able to pivot quickly with the changing environment • Collaborative and team-oriented
