• This is a contract opportunity supporting our client in the tech industry. • Our client in the Tech industry is hiring a Enablement Data Analyst to join their Global Enablement Team as the technical owner of data analysis and reporting. • Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reporting frameworks to support global growth. • Own the entire analytics process from data collection to providing actionable insights, optimizing sales performance, training, onboarding, and content adoption. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design metrics, automate reporting processes, and refine analytics strategy. • Provide data-driven insights to inform direction of enablement initiatives and drive performance improvements. • Success is measured by adoption and utilization of enablement programs and the quality of insights delivered.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields, with a focus on sales enablement or sales operations. • Proven experience creating Tableau dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. • Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), and how data flows through these systems. • Expertise in Tableau for building and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards. • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets. • Ability to analyze complex datasets and turn them into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. • Ability to identify data gaps and recommend improvements based on business needs. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data and insights in a clear and actionable way for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, build relationships, and influence key decisions through data-driven insights. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
