📋 Description

• This is a contract role that goes through December 2025 with potential to extend • Our client is a leading innovator in the blockchain space, committed to building a robust and vibrant community of developers who are passionate about decentralization, transparency, and cutting-edge technology. • We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Consultant to join our team to monitor and analyze our social media channels for developer feedback, activity, and emerging trends. • The Senior Consultant will be responsible for utilizing advanced listening and reporting tools to gather actionable insights that will inform marketing strategies and enhance our developer communities. • Your analytical skills will be crucial in interpreting data and translating it into clear, comprehensive reports that will drive decision-making across multiple departments. • You will work closely with the social media team to monitor, manage and create dashboards, monthly reporting, and participate in the social engagement team. • Additionally, you will manage engagement initiatives, fostering strong relationships within our developer communities and ensuring active participation. • The ideal candidate will be highly flexible and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, have a keen eye for detail, a passion for social media, and the ability to distill large volumes of data into meaningful stories that resonate with stakeholders and guide our brand’s online presence. • Be a subject matter expert in Social Listening and develop and implement social listening strategies to monitor brand sentiment, emerging trends, and conversations within the blockchain community. • Develop and execute social media listening strategies aligned with business objectives. • Utilize Sprinklr to design and manage sophisticated listening dashboards and keyword queries to monitor social media platforms. • Conduct in-depth analysis of social media data to uncover trends, sentiment, influencers, and emerging issues. Provide strategic recommendations based on findings. • Identify and translate social trends and insights into actionable ideas and strategies. • Generate comprehensive reports and present insights to senior leadership and stakeholders. Use advanced data visualization techniques to communicate findings effectively. • Monitor and analyze competitor activities and industry trends to inform strategic planning and identify opportunities and threats. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure social media listening efforts support overall business goals. Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives. • Collaborate with engagement team and jump in when needed to help support engagement efforts to drive engagement. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in blockchain technology, Web3, and social media to ensure the community remains informed and engaged. • Triage and manage ad-hoc projects, reporting, and listening query requests as well as reporting requests by stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, a related field, or equivalent experience in research and insights. • Minimum of 6 years of experience in social media listening, analysis, or a related field. • Experience working as a community manager or engagement manager. • Proven experience in social listening, digital analytics, or market research, ideally within the tech or blockchain industries. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights. • Familiarity with social listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr) and data visualization platforms. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to diverse audiences. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to adapt and change directions as needed. • Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment is preferred. • Experience with Hubspot or other CRMs is a plus. • Expert proficiency in Sprinklr listening, reporting and engagement dashboards. • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. • Experience with Microsoft programs – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Teams and AI tools a plus. • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective analytics tools.
