📋 Description

• On our gaming client's Web Team, experimentation is at the core of how they operate: from large-scale releases to UX optimizations, their goal is to achieve significant positive impact with maximum confidence. • As their Web TPM, you will work with web content management systems and web application project delivery. • This role will act as a TPM, managing web team project work for front-end experience delivery, platform-level enhancements, and compliance work associated with their gaming client's web properties. • Contract: W2 (no C2C, C2H or 1099) • Duration: now through June 30, 2025 with high chance to extend • Work at various stages of development to ensure milestones are delivered on time and to the highest possible quality. • Create and maintain the project schedule; ensure teams are on track with their deliverables. • Communicate with engineers and business stakeholders on project requirements and deliverables • Keep the team aware of milestones deliverables and goals through all phases of development. • Identify risks in advance and drive the team towards successful resolution before the risks turn into fires.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Producer, or in a related role focused on web or online products. • Strong program and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. • Experience with SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall, Scrum, or other Agile frameworks. • Proven ability to develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables across multiple disciplines. • Demonstrated ability to drive the adoption of engineering best practices and influence cross-functional teams. • Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and communication skills (both written and verbal). • Ability to establish and refine processes to improve efficiency while maintaining flexibility in a dynamic environment. • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on collaboration and innovation. • Experience balancing project scope, budget, and resources while maintaining high production standards. • Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies (e.g., unit testing, functional automation, test-driven development, code coverage) is preferred. • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, delivering solutions via web-based platforms. • 5+ years of experience with web-based experimentation or A/B testing on similar application platforms. • 5+ years of experience with data analytics platforms and data analysis.
