• The Field Marketing Representative is a role designed to enhance the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. • This position involves prospecting for new clients, growing and retaining existing clients, and collaborating with underwriting staff to develop, recommend, review, and evaluate marketing strategies. • The goal is to accomplish individual and corporate production targets while developing and maintaining the current territory to drive business across various departments. • Develop a pipeline of new business clients using prospecting and networking skills. • Build, maintain, and evaluate existing and future agency relationships in accordance with the marketing plan. • Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations demonstrating the organization’s unique value proposition. • Develop and execute a customer communications strategy. • Extensive travel in territories including NJ, NY, PA, DE, MD, FL (60% or more time spent out of the office).
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred. • 1-4 years of increasing responsibility in P&C insurance sales/marketing. • Insurance designation, such as CIC or AII, is a plus. • Strong Property & Casualty insurance background. • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. • Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. • Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems. • Proven interpersonal skills to build and maintain partnerships with clients, prospects, and internal teams. • Solution-oriented, results-oriented, diplomatic, and creative.
