📋 Description

• Jensen Hughes are specialists in fire engineering, fire forensics and litigation. • As a Fire Litigation Consultant, you will assist on high profile projects and cases, specifically design and construction defects, cladding issues. • You will assist senior members with research and report writing. • A key attraction is the opportunity to manage a technical investigation from start to finish. • This role can be based from any of our UK or Ireland offices.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Fire Engineering, or other relevant area. • 4/5 years post-qualification experience in Fire Safety. • Experience of building construction design in relation to fire safety, particularly in residential and commercial buildings • Experience of fire safety design in residential apartment and commercial buildings including a knowledge of relevant fire safety design codes • You may have in-house experience and ideally a background working within a fire engineering or architectural firm • You can work autonomously but can also collaborate effectively as part of the wider team. • Excellent communication and time management skills. • Strong general construction experience • Enthusiasm to innovate • A team-player who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels • Client facing experience and the ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs
