📋 Description

• As the Manager, Business Development and Partnerships, you’ll be a driving force behind the growth and success of our partner ecosystem. • You’ll strategically manage and strengthen existing partnerships while identifying and securing high-value new collaborations that align with our long-term vision. • This high-impact role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—product, operations, data, and sales—to craft and execute partnership strategies that deliver lasting business outcomes. • Reporting directly to the VP of Partnerships, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our partnership portfolio and accelerating growth across the organization. • Jerry is building the first super app to help people optimize all aspects of owning a car – insurance, buy/sell, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, etc – a $2T market in the U.S.

🎯 Requirements

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred but not required). • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting (McKinsey, Bain or Boston Consulting Group preferred) • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion, with meticulous attention to detail and a strong bias for action. • A go-getter with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and adapt quickly, and a desire to contribute to the success of a high-growth company. • A data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed, actionable decisions. • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
