• Company Overview: InVitro Capital is a forward-thinking company that empowers its own portfolio companies (PortCos) and SMBs through innovative AI and SaaS solutions. • Job Overview: InVitro Capital is seeking a strategic and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. • Responsibilities: Lead and mentor technical squads, providing guidance on best practices, code quality, and solution design. • Architect and develop robust backend systems using Python and frameworks like Flask, Django, and FastAPI. • Oversee the design and implementation of AI/ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn. • Design and manage microservices architectures with cloud integration on AWS. • Conduct thorough code reviews with an emphasis on scalability. • Manage the entire software development lifecycle. • Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions. • Drive the adoption of best practices in data management. • Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in backend development and software engineering. • Extensive experience in leading and mentoring technical teams. • Advanced skills in Python and frameworks like Flask, Django, and FastAPI. • Expertise in designing and architecting AI and microservices architectures. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. • Proficiency with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. • Advanced knowledge of AI/ML tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn. • Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis. • Proficiency in using CI/CD tools, including Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions. • Experience with infrastructure management technologies like Terraform. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation. • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred). • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and DevOps practices (preferred). • Previous experience in a leadership role within a startup or venture capital environment (preferred). • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders (preferred).
