📋 Description
• Oversee project design progression from inception to completion including design, permits, as-builts, and operations and maintenance manuals • Develop a comprehensive design plan to meet schedules and budgets • Participate in team and on-site progress meetings • Understand and follow all published codes, standards, and unique project specifications • Ensure AHJ requirements and procedures are followed • Ability to multi-task and prioritize among assignments • Adhere to deadlines in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
🎯 Requirements
• 7-10 years’ experience in the design of fire alarms or air sampling detection • Experience working on data centers is required • Familiarity with the systems Notifier and Vesda • Previous experience working in AutoCAD and/or REVIT • Prior industrial design experience is a plus • Demonstrating knowledge of low voltage wiring and conventional/addressable fire alarm panels • Experience and knowledge of BIM coordination is preferred • NICET Certification preferred
