📋 Description
• Opportunity to demonstrate organization and communication skills overseeing project design • Develop comprehensive design plan to meet schedules and budgets • Participate in team and on-site progress meetings • Understand and follow all published codes, standards, and unique project specifications • Ensure AHJ requirements and procedures are followed • Ability to multi-task and prioritize among assignments adhering to deadlines • Work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
🎯 Requirements
• 7-10 years’ experience in the design of fire alarms or air sampling detection • Experience working on data centers • Familiarity with the systems Notifier and Vesda • Previous experience working in AutoCAD and/or REVIT • Prior industrial design experience (preferred) • Knowledge of low voltage wiring and conventional and/or addressable fire alarm panels • Experience and knowledge of BIM coordination • NICET Certification (preferred)
