• About Jito Foundation • The Jito Foundation is an organization with the broad mandate to promote the adoption of Jito Network products, including Jito (Re)staking, the leading staking infrastructure provider on Solana. • We are both extremely lean and relentlessly effective, and pride ourselves on having built a flat culture that prioritizes empowering multi-talented self starters to develop and pursue their own strategic vision. • About the Role • We are looking for a Business Development Associate to assist with managing the Foundation’s rapidly-growing BD demands related to Restaking. • This will be a high-visibility, high-impact role that will have you researching and working daily with teams on the bleeding edge of Solana DeFi, DePIN, layer-2s, and other emerging subsectors. • As the Business Development Associate, you will take charge of maintaining a steady stream of leads through our CRM pipeline, preparing pitch decks, and researching integration avenues. • You will be on the front lines of negotiations with emerging Solana teams. • The ideal candidate has a knack for surfacing up-and-coming projects and has familiarity with all aspects of Solana. • Working in tandem with other contributors, you will be given the mandate to develop strategies and pursue deals you believe could best service the Foundation’s vision. • You will be critical to the Jito Foundation’s success as we strive to push the boundaries of DeFi on Solana. • You will have all the responsibility and autonomy that you have the ambition to seize and the competency to keep. • The role is best suited for a zealot. • The position is fully remote, but will require a willingness to attend weekly EST meetings. • We will consider part-time engagement for the right candidate.
