Requirements
• 5+ years of systems-level programming in C, C++, or Rust (we use Rust) • Obsessed with progress, not just motion • Willingness to dive into complicated systems to accurately root cause and fix issues • Hungry to learn • Clear, simple communication • High agency • Excitement for decentralized finance and high performance systems
