Description

• Collaborate with other senior project managers, vendors, and customers to design, implement, and upgrade solutions. • Project management duties, including administration, project coordination and oversight, scheduling, and some budget management. • Help analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. • Participate in meetings with customers, vendors, and consultants to discuss project status, issues, and resolution. • Provide superior customer service and effectively communicate project updates. • Assist in ensuring projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget. • Help identify and mitigate project risks. • Assist with Seva Gateway's managed services "plus" offerings and expanding services to clients • Provide project oversight for internal projects and other cross business line project management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. • 10+ years of project management experience, including project oversight, scheduling, and budget management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with senior project managers, vendors, customers, and other team members. • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks. • Experience with UKG (formerly Kronos) Workforce Management solutions is preferred • Experience with ERP project management. Infor project management experience a plus • Understanding and experience working in a consulting services environment. • Flexible work schedule to match the needs of our clients yet maintain a work/life balance.
