Description

• Lead medium and large-scale IT projects leveraging the Salesforce platform. • Collaborate with Consultants, Engineers, and Designers to define scope and estimate project budget. • Plan complex projects using agile methodologies and lead scrum rituals. • Manage and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring project success. • Control, monitor, and report on project scope, budget, and schedule. • Communicate project status proactively with stakeholders and mitigate risks. • Take ownership of project decisions aligned with client goals. • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and manage expectations proactively. • Keep project management platforms updated to maintain project knowledge base. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with agile methodologies, scrum, waterfall, and software development. • One (1) year of project management experience required. • Experience managing project risks and controlling scope, budget, and schedule. • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication (written, verbal, presentation), interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills. • Ability to adapt to project stakeholders and learn new technology quickly. • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Detail-oriented and highly organized. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
