Description

• Report to the Director of Development, responsible for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. • Maintain project budgets and schedules, oversee permitting and interconnection processes. • Assist in leading community and client relationships throughout the development process. • Manage engineering and construction efforts in coordination with internal and external experts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy project development with demonstrated progression of project management responsibility. • Thorough understanding of the WECC, CAISO, MISO, and SERC market dynamics as well as region specific interconnection and project permitting processes. • Capacity to comprehend complex documents and effectively communicate project risks and impacts. • Self-starter with strong intercultural communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. • Confident presenting material to C-Suite level executives and external stakeholders. • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills. • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and associated applications including MS Project, Teams, Power BI. • Certification in project management preferred. • Ability to learn new software as needed. • Ability to travel (Up to 50%).
