Description

• The technical coordinator is responsible for providing project management support to cross functional teams within Technical Operations. • The candidate will support budgeting, project execution, and logistics for CMC project management. • Oversee technical project components, ensuring deliverables align with the overall project objectives and timelines. • Support TechOps on negotiation and execution of agreements for CDMOs and CROs. • Track and drive contracts to completion according to internal priorities. • Review invoices to ensure appropriate billing according to terms. • Partner with legal and finance to solve contracting issues. • Provide budget support and communication of project status. • Help facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment. • Generate project milestone reports as requested.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Technical Operations (Manufacturing, Analytical/QC testing, Packaging, Distribution) with project management experience a plus • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required • Works well independently as well as in a team environment • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications; comfortable and quick learner with other software systems • Demonstrates collaborative communication and problem-solving spirit. • Willingness to do what needs to be done in a dynamic environment.
