Description

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the blockchain or technology sectors. • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion. • Foundational understanding of blockchain technology and the Ethereum ecosystem. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
