📋 Description

• Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Identify and mitigate project risks, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget • Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables • Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, project plans, and progress reports • Monitor project progress and track achievement of KPIs for the teams involved • Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders to review project status, discuss issues, and make decisions • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors involved in the project • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement • Ensure project delivery within defined timelines and budgets • Provide guidance and leadership to the project team, and ensure adherence to project management best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry, with a strong track record of successful project delivery • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall), tools, and software • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Experience in implementing and using data analytics to inform project decision-making • Familiarity with Home Services industry and digitalization processes would be a plus
